Business Operations Improvement - ABSi has extensive experience in improving the business operations of federal agencies. This includes business process design, CONOPS development, change management, workflow analysis and automation, records management, document management, and COTS implementation to support process improvement. We use process design and simulation tools such as "BPWin" and "Process Model" to achieve rapid success in meeting client's objectives.

Policy and Procedures Design and Analysis - ABSi has developed policy and procedures at the Department of Defense and Department of the Army levels in support of logistics management data and Federal Cataloging functions. This involved participating in and chairing Joint Service/Agency workgroups to perform information gathering and coordination.
